Union Building (next to PSECU).

- 7pm - Shave to Save begins. Mens & women's haircuts,
over $1,000 in silent auction prizes, DJ, food, giveaways, free
Red Bull, dunk tank, Spuds food, carnival games, free APEX@Kutztown
